Difference between Tropic and Nastic movement

1. Tropic movement is the movement of the curvature (growth) of planets in the direction of stimuli. Nastic movement is the response of the planets to some stimuli without any directional movement of growth.

2. In the Tropic movement, the movement (as a response) is exhibited by all parts of the body. In the Nastic movement, all parts of the body do not show a response.

3. Tropic movement (response) is slow. Nastic movement (response) is fast.
