Difference between Porifer and Coelenterate

1. Porifer are mostly marine, non-motile, and found attached to rocks. Coelenterateare exclusively marine animals that either live in coloies or have a solitary life-spam.

2. Porifer show cellular level of organisation. Coelenterate show tissue level of organisation.

3. Spongilla, Euplectella, etc. are poriferans. Hydra, sea anemore, corals, etc. are coelenterates.
