Difference Between Scalar quantities and Vector quantities

1. Scalar quantities are completely specified by their magnitude only. Vector quantities are completely specified by their magnitude as well as direction.

2. Scalar quantities change by the change of their magnitude only. Vector quantities change by the change of either their magnitude or by direction or both.
